Casablanca Simple Connect System is a variable speed system now with Forward Only or Reverse Capability at additional cost. With the new handheld remote you will have variable speed fan capability along with light on/off and dimming quality and can use LED bulbs. A main on/off button for complete shut off.
NOTE: This is the ONLY APPROVED SYSTEM for your Casablanca Fan. This system does not void your LIFETIME WARRANTY on the motor!
All other aftermarket systems will make your motor run hotter than 200+ degrees which WILL void all warranty on your fan motor. Casablanca Fan Co. does not recommend using aftermarket parts for possible fire hazard.
This system can and will replace any remote controls such as W-21, W-22, W-62, W-63, W-64, & W-65. THIS ONLY APPLIES TO R MODEL, A MODEL AND Z MODEL FANS.
It MUST be purchased as a complete system to function, the receiver board alone will not work with any other universal switch or remote than what comes in this conversion kit.
Instructions come with the new remote control. The receiver board will install the same as the IT3/IT3-86 System Receiver Board shown in our Video Section. Installation instructions will be included with purchase.

If you would like to operate the fan with a wall control AND the remote control that will allow you to change the speed of the fan and dimming of the lights, you can purchase the Simple Connect Wall Control located on the wall control page.

NOTE: We highly recommend you send in your wall switch for testing. In most cases the receiver board is the issue and could damage the switches you purchase.
