Customers are more than welcome to ship their ceiling fan to our factory for repair. There is a shop/labor fee which does include shipping back to you of $175.00. Parts needed during repair will be additional cost on top of the shop/labor fee which includes shipping.
The shop/labor fee for Canada will be $195.00, and for countries outside of the USA, a form would have to be submitted for a price quote. Parts are additional cost to the repair. Canadian or all other countries outside of the USA will be estimated at the time of repair. There is a 5% credit card fee for all credit cards that do not originate in the USA.
THERE IS ONLY A LIFETIME WARRANTY ON THE MOTOR ITSELF. The lifetime warranty does not apply to the entire fan. Wearable parts are not under a lifetime warranty. Customers are responsible for shipping the fan to the factory.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SHIPPING YOUR FAN IN PACKING PEANUTS, POPCORN, SHREDDED PAPER, ETC. SUPPLIED BY PACKING COMPANIES If you decide to use packing peanuts, popcorn, shredded paper, etc. be sure your fan is wrapped in a plastic bag first so the packing peanuts, popcorn, shredded paper, etc. does not get in the fans motor or housing unit... IF WE RECEIVED YOUR FAN AND THERE ARE PACKING PEANUTS, POPCORN, SHREDDED PAPER ETC INSIDE OF THE MOTOR OR HOUSING UNIT THERE IS A $15.00 CLEANING FEE. THIS WILL HARM YOUR FAN!
***IF A SHIPPING BOX IS NOT HEAVY ENOUGH, CRUSHED OR DAMAGED BEYOND REUSING TO RETURN YOUR FAN THERE IS A $25.00 REBOXING FEE.
In-home customer service for MD, DC, Northern VA (limited). Factory repair is offered for all other repair needs. Our extensive inventory of parts and knowledge of the Casablanca Fan allows most fans to be repaired and returned within 5 days of receipt. During peak season (May thru October) this time may be longer due to much higher volume. We along with Casablanca® go to great lengths to ensure the satisfaction of our customers, which explains Casablanca's long-standing reputation for quality and customer service support. Casablanca® motors are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
