I’m totally amazed by the professionalism and the customer service that I received working with Mark and Tamara. Mark’s out on the road trying to do installs and fix fans all day long and I’m sending him emails and text messages over and over and over and ungodly amount asking him questions about my wall switch and is it the board that’s bad in my fan and he’s telling me how to look at it and how to test this and how to test that, and he’s giving me so much advice. I mean the poor guy can’t even get his job done because he’s busy answering my stuff even after hours I was amazed at the world class customer service. I would recommend to anybody. I happen to have a Casablanca fan, but I would recommend anybody with a fan issue to contact Mark at Fix My Casablanca Fan.com. They treat you like a person not like a number, like I said world class customer service. It’s just amazing and their knowledge level of fans specially, Casablanca is just amazing. Mark seems to know these things, so again anybody who has a fan issue, contact this company and you will not be sorry...their pricing is good. They can do full service. They can send you parts. You can mail your fan to them and have them rebuild it repair it and send it back to you. They offer a full service of anything you need and I’m telling you, Mark put up with so much crap from me calling and calling and texting and texting and emailing and emailing. It’s just ungodly how many times he communicated with me, anybody else would’ve said, hey I’m done with you...you know I got nothing else to say, and Mark took the time to contact me and keep helping me until we solved the issue and now I got parts on the way to my house and I gotta switch over and put in a new control board and a new wall switch with the remote control for my fan. Fantastic price, very professional, super fast shipping next day. I was amazed Tamara does a great job. OK that’s my opinion on this and this is a very honest truthful, customer testimonial of how professional and how qualified these people are. I believe they’re the number one Casablanca dealer and repair center in the U.S. They’re that good!!!

I wanted to say from the beginning, they always were there to help me out. They responded to every email I sent asking for help or clarification, sent me a link on how to take apart the fan and replace the circuit board as well as advising me how to replace the new wall panel. Thanks to Sun's Up, the national repair service for Casablanca Fans. My fan I purchased over forty years ago decided to quit working. I found the only repair service available since Hunter fans purchased the Casablanca company. They are very knowledgeable and accommodating. Fix My Casablanca Fan’s customer support was outstanding. I broke my Casablanca ceiling fan blade by carrying a tall object and well, the item came in contact with the fan and one blade snapped off. Given the age of the fan (likely a 1980s model) I assumed I would need to replace it until someone told me about this place. I contacted Fix My Casablanca Fan via e-mail with pictures of the fan's model number and the broken part. I had a response within 1 day. I explained that I needed the iron arm piece that attaches the fan blade to the motor. They responded with a reasonable price for the part (just the iron arm) I thought I was sunk because I threw out the blade part (I don't know why I threw it out). When I told them I needed the blade AND the iron holding arm their response showed great customer service AND the willingness to not make an unnecessary sale. They said many of the Casablanca fans can be configured for 4 blades OR 5 blades. The included instructions on what to look for square and circular screw holes. After dropping a few of the screws holding the remaining blades to move them. I accomplished the switch from 5 to 4 blades. The fan works flawlessly now without spending any money. To the folks at Fix My Casablanca Fan, all I can say in addition, is thank you!

I’ve had two opportunities to consult with Mark. The first was to replace a wall control which was not functioning properly, and the second to restore power to the lights of a different fan (by the way, both were a decade or more old).  Sun’s Up sent me a replacement controller for the first fan, and Mark recommended a very easy fix which involved only a screwdriver for the second. I am so impressed that I can get such competent and timely service over the internet!

I have a 40 year old Casablanca Panama 5 Legacy ceiling fan that has been running everyday consistently for all those years and it just stopped working. I was fortunate enough to locate Mark and his company online. Mark assured me that with this fan, that it is an original Casablanca fan can be fixed and it’s not the motor.
With his expertise and extremely helpful texts, pictures and advice I was able to purchase a circuit board  from his company and get it installed. The remote of our 20 year old Casablanca fan no longer controlled the fan. After Mark diagnosed a dead battery (yup-feeling stupid), we still couldn't control the fan with the remote.  Mark provided us with instructions on how to re-sync the remote to the control board in the fan. Without his step by step guidance, I’d be putting in new ones rather than getting the value out of the ones I have. I have had this Casablanca fan since 1993. Great fan and all of a sudden it stopped working. I could not understand why. I called everyone no one knew what was wrong. I went to the website fixmycasablancafan.com. They had an email and explained what happened to my fan. Since I live too far for them to come to my house the explained everything step by step and sure enough my fan started working again. I had a great experience with a repair on my Casablanca fan/light. I connected with Mark via email. He pretty much diagnosed the problem from my description, gave me an estimate and provided info for sending the fan for repair. It was a great relief as I have two elegant fan/lights in close proximity and was dreading having to replace them. The repair was really quick, and my beautiful fan/light is re-installed and working like new. I can’t say enough about Mark’s exceptional service and technical expertise. There were no surprises or changes in the original quote. The cost was a fraction of what I would have to pay for a new one. And let’s face it, the quality and beauty these days are not nearly as good as the “vintage” Casablancas. I highly recommend repair over replacement.
