REMOTE FACTORY REPAIR
Send your remote in a padded envelop for protection. Please include all your contact information; Name, Address, Phone & Email. The fee for repair is 90.00 this includes return shipping. Your check will not be deposited until repair is complete, you will hear from Mark about repair options if your remote is not repairable.

IF you decide you do not want your remote replaced and you want it back there will be a return fee of $15.00 to cover Priority USPS Shipping.

Once you have been contacted with the results of your FREE Testing, the unit will only be held for ONE (1) WEEK before it is DISPOSED OF. Sun's Up - Factory Repair will not be held responsible for or replace any parts disposed of that have not been claimed after this time frame.

FREE TESTING ON WALL SWITCHES
We will test your wall control for free. You can send in your W-11, W-12, W-32 or W-33 and we will test this for free.


In the event you have decided not to purchase new wall switch or upgraded parts and you wish your original switch be returned there is a $15.00 fee to cover the USPS Priority Shipping.

This can be paid for via Credit Card or Zelle and your switch will be returned to you.

Packing Instructions

1.  Remove blades at the rubber flywheel (2 screws) for each blade holder.
2.  Remove hanging pole at top of motor (3 hex screws.)
3.  Remove light kit from switch housing.
4.  Remove control switch from the wall if you are using one. Pack it along with the motor.
5.  Use a box that is at least 14" square or larger.
6.  Wrap fan motor in bubble wrap.
7.  Pack with enough paper or packing material to prevent motor from moving in box.
8.  NOTE: DO NOT use popcorn/peanuts for packaging. This material is not dense enough to support the weight of the motor. IF PACKING POPCORN PEANUTS OR SHREDDED PAPER ARE USED AND THE FAN MOTOR IS NOT WRAPPED IN BUBBLE OR PLASTIC BAG AND IT REQUIRES THE PACKING MATERIAL TO BE REMOVED THERE WILL BE A $15.00 SERVICE CHARGE FOR THIS CLEANING SERVICE TO THE MOTOR!
9.  NEVER ship multiple fan motors in the same box.
10.  Sun's Up is not responsible for any damage incurred through shipping. Either to us or from us. We provide $100 of shipping insurance. If you want to request more for an additional fee, please inquire.
11.  IF SHIPPING BOX IS CRUSHED, DAMAGED, ETC., EN ROUTE TO OUR FACILITY THERE IS A $25.00 RE-BOXING FEE.

Shipping Instructions

1.  Place in an envelope your name, address, phone number, email address and problems you are having with your fan, inside the box.
2.  If you decide NOT TO REPAIR the fan and want it returned there is a return shipping fee.
